Kurset gør dig i stand til at understøtte og fejlfinde Windows 11 enheder i et on-premises Windows Server Active Directory-miljø.

Du lærer at installere, konfigurere og vedligeholde Windows 11, administrere enheder og drivere samt håndtere netværks- og sikkerhedsindstillinger.

Kurset dækker også avanceret fejlfinding af operativsystemet, fjernsupport og gendannelsesmetoder, så du kan sikre stabil drift og effektiv support i din organisation.

Du bliver dermed i stand til at supportere og fejlsøge på enheder, applikationer, netværk og hardware relateret til Windows 11 klienter. Du vil f.eks. kunne løse tekniske problemer ifm. Windows 11 installation og -migration, startup issues, aktivering, ydelser, profiler, indstillinger, synkronisering af enheder, autentifikation, sikkerhed, recovery samt adgang til netværk, applikationer, data og printere.
